For more than four decades, the Cook family has been committed to providing superior service to the construction industry. We currently maintain 40,000 square feet of warehouse space on 6 acres and fleet of delivery equipment where we can handle your delivery and material requirements in a timely manner. We reinforce our commitment to service by providing accredited product training for both Architects/Engineers and craftsman. Through experience, quality and service we aim to provide the best value to our commercial, residential, wholesale and walk in customers.
Greg Cook
Greg Cook is the President of Cook Drywall and Acoustical Supply, Inc. He assumed the position as head of the organization after serving ten years as Vice President overseeing the sales and marketing functions of the company. Greg is uniquely qualified to direct the Cook Drywall operations having started as a stocker on a delivery crew in 1997 and serving in every position in the company. After attending Louisiana College he joined the sales team of Fastenal Company taking to heart Bob Kierlin's mantra "Growth Through Customer Service". Having played football at the college level, Greg understands the value of commitment, dedication, and hard work. These are the core tenets of Greg's philosophy in the day to day activities of Cook Drywall and Acoustical Supply.
Greg is an avid sportsman, gun enthusiast, and supporter of youth sports. He has worked tirelessly to promote youth shooting sports through the Friends of the NRA. He shoots pistols competitively and is certified as a range safety officer. He volunteers his time in support of several non-profit organizations including Randy Sams Homeless Shelter, the Alzheimer's Alliance, and Race for the Cure. Greg is a Mason and member of St. James Episcopal Church.
Ginger Cook
Ginger Cook is the Vice President of Cook Drywall and Acoustical Supply, Inc She is a native to the Texarkana area. She attended Texarkana Community College. Ginger was one of the founders of Cook Drywall and Acoustical Supply and has been an Officer and Director since its inception. She has extensive administrative experience in the Health Care, Government Contracting, General Contracting, and Human Resource sectors. She volunteers her time in support of numerous non-profit and religious organizations. Ginger is a member of St. James Episcopal Church.
Charlie Cook
Charlie Cook is the Secretary/Treasurer of Cook Drywall and Acoustical Supply, Inc. He was one of the founders of Cook Drywall and Acoustical Supply and has been officers or directors since its inception. His career in the building materials business began in 1959 working with his father in a lumber distribution and concrete block manufacturing business. A successful general contracting business and a farm equipment dealership preceded Charlie's return to the building materials business in 1989. He actively supports several non-profit organizations and has served on the board of directors of Habitat for Humanity-Texarkana, Housing Authority of Texarkana Texas, and Randy Sams Outreach Shelter. Charlie is a Mason and a member of St. James Episcopal Church.
