In June of 2010, this project was ranked #34 in the list of top projects in the state of Texas and Louisiana. The Library is a four-story 187,612 square foot building providing student services, offices and classroom space. The 14,612 square feet physical plant was designed to be the first component of the campus infrastructure loop. This 58.7 million dollar project was under the management of Gilbane Building Company and the drywall contractor was Marek Brothers Commercial.
