In June of 2010 this project was ranked #34 in the list of top projects in the state of Texas and Louisiana. The Library is a four-story 187,612 square foot building providing student services, offices and classroom space. The 14,612 square feet physical plant was designed to be the first component of the campus infrastructure loop. This 58.7 million dollar project was under the management of Gilbane Building Company and the drywall contractor was Marek Brothers Commercial.

This project is a four-story structure with 96,550 square feet of Hotel space and 18,698 square feet of convention center space. The general contractor for the project is EBCO General Contractor with JSE Drywall and Painting doing the interior finishes. Once completed this project will be accompanied by a water park and further develop that Crossroads Business park.

Arista Apartments is a three-story luxury apartment complex built by William Davis 2012. The Complex has 188 units and a total of 184,424 square feet. This project was wood framed with conventional stucco exterior and clay tile roof. Total estimated project cost was 28 million.
